Confidentiality

Everything discussed in our sessions is confidential and records are kept in accordance with GDPR legislation.

My work is supervised monthly in order to ensure that you receive the best support. While some of the topics we cover might be discussed, your anonymity is safeguarded.

In the event of you or someone else being at risk of harm, I would break confidentiality in accordance with the Ethical Principles of my governing body, the NCPS. I would always seek to discuss this with you first.

Terms and Fees

I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation in which you can ask questions and we can decide whether I can help you.

Counselling sessions last for 50 minutes and cost £50 per session.

Parent Mentoring sessions last between 60 and 75 minutes and cost £60 per session.

I offer a reduced rate of £35 for trainee counsellors.

Missed sessions or cancellations must be paid for if cancelled within 24 hours of the session time.
