I wonder what it is that brings you here today?
Maybe you are feeling overwhelmed or anxious. Perhaps you are suffering from some form of loss or you yourself feel a little lost. Whatever it is, I am passionate about enabling you to explore your story; those things that have happened to you or are happening to you that cause pain, confusion, disruption, and distress. I offer a caring, supportive space that is compassionate, empathic and non-judgemental. What is Counselling and Psychotherapy?

Both counselling and psychotherapy offer a confidential, non-judgemental space for you to explore whatever is concerning you. Central and essential to both is the relationship with your therapist. It is important that your therapist is someone with whom you can share your true thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement. While counselling is traditionally seen as an opportunity to work with current issues and is often shorter term, psychotherapy works at a deeper level, aiding you to explore your inner world, processes, and relational patterns. This often means exploring experiences in childhood and other formative life experiences. These experiences can become the blueprint for how we perceive ourselves and what is happening to us in the present.
